 £19k PA / 40 hour week,  involves weekend work. 

  • Hands on role fto plan and implement general park and customer maintenance, to work with and oversee a Ground care team,  maintaining a high quality outdoor destination. 
  • Monitor the implementation of the groundcare plan ensuring all tasks are being carried out over the set periods. So as to ensure high standards in grass cutting, strimming, shrub maintenance, hard and soft landscaping are consistently achieved throughout the year.    
  • Appraise and carry out repairs for Caravan Owners and on the park infrastructure
  • Assist with the Siting and commissioning static caravans. etc

Candidates

  • We look for consistent performers with positive and willing attitudes and ideally a minimum of two years direct experience in the hospitality sector customer service sales environment . 
  • Able to demonstrate:- A keen eye for detail Excellent communication skills. IT literate A confident and determined approach. A flair and ability for Negotiation, Technical Sales and Sales Management To be hands on, be trades / DIY competent 
  • Resilience – and the ability to cope with rejection. 
  • Self-motivated To be driven by the opportunity to meet many people in the process of gaining conversions
  • Computer literate , knowledge of County online  Insite Parks software advantageous.
  • A clean driving licence.

The Holiday entitlement is twenty eight days in a complete holiday year (January to December) Salary commensurate with experience.
